How to Use

Connect the USB cable to a compatible 5 V / 2 A power source.
2.
Place the hat comfortably on the head.
3.
Press and hold the power button to switch the device on.
4.
Use the control button to select 10 Hz, 40 Hz or continuous mode.
5.
Complete the approximately 20-minute session.
6.
The device switches off automatically at the end of the cycle.
