Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at www.theiashop.com. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Worldwide Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping.

We currently ship to most countries including but not limited to:

  • United States
  • Canada
  • Australia
  • Singapore
  • New Zealand
  • United Kingdom
  • European Union countries
  • and many more

Order Cut-off Time

Orders placed before 1:00 PM (local time) will be processed the same business day.

Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.


Processing & Delivery Times

Standard Products

(e.g. beauty devices, lamps, accessories)

  • Processing time: 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday)
  • Delivery time: 7–14 business days (Monday–Friday)

Large & Heavy Products

(e.g. red light therapy beds, professional equipment, medical and wellness equipment)

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days (Monday–Friday)
  • Delivery time: 30–60 business days, depending on destination, customs clearance, international freight forwarding, and local logistics providers.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond THEIA's control.

Shipping is free on all orders.


Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information typically becomes active within 48 hours.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Once your order has been confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

If you wish to return an item, you must wait until you receive the product and then follow the official return procedure provided by THEIA.


Refused Deliveries

Refusing delivery of an order is not considered a valid method of cancellation or return.

Customers wishing to return a product must first accept delivery and then contact THEIA to obtain an authorized return label and return instructions.

If a customer refuses delivery, the customer may be responsible for all costs associated with the refused shipment, including but not limited to:

  • Original product value
  • International shipping charges
  • Return shipping fees
  • Customs duties and brokerage fees
  • Storage and handling charges
  • Disposal or destruction fees imposed by carriers, customs authorities, or logistics providers
  • Administrative and chargeback processing fees

Certain oversized, custom-made, medical, wellness, and professional equipment may not be eligible for return once shipped and may incur substantial additional costs if delivery is refused.

By placing an order on www.theiashop.com, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these conditions.


Item Not Received

If your tracking shows the order was delivered but you did not receive it:

  • Please contact the shipping carrier first and check with neighbors.
  • If you still cannot locate the package, email us at newyork@theiashop.com and we will assist you as best as we can.

Note: Occasionally, tracking information may be delayed due to technical issues. If you have trouble tracking your order, please contact us and we will help.


Damaged or Lost Shipments

THEIA is not responsible for products that are damaged or lost during shipping.

If you receive a damaged product, please contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim. We recommend saving all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
