Shipping policy

Shipping from our other warehouses to the US take an average of 7-20 business days after processing (depending on your local post office)

Processing time is 2-5 business days 

You can track your order in the shipping confirmation sent by us. Just click on the tracking number in your mail.

Once your orders arrives in your country, you can also track it with your local shipping company like USPS, DHL...

Please note we cannot be held responsible for items undelivered due to an incorrect address being entered or the post office/courier not being contacted when you have received a notice non delivery.

We have offices in Switzerland but currently we ship from our warehouse in US. For this reason we can keep the prices low do not have to charge shipping costs. Get sale & and New Product offerts.
