2. Remove any metal objects near the panel, as they may interfere with the effectiveness of the therapy.
3. Wear comfortable clothing that covers your entire body.
4. Turn on the panel and set the desired treatment duration. The recommended treatment duration is 10-30 minutes per session.
5. Stand about 12-24 inches away from the front of the panel and slowly rotate to ensure the light reaches all areas of your body.
6. After the treatment, turn off the panel and store it in a safe place.
